Delivery & Returns

We roast and ship Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders will be shipped within 2 working days and arrive within 5 working days (usually sooner).

All orders under £25 have a flat rate of £3.50 for shipping. All orders £25 and over are shipped for free. Orders with free shipping will be shipped Royal Mail Tracked 48.

First class, next day or tracked shipping is also offered for an additional cost.

We do not ship outside of the UK.

If your order arrives damaged, please make a claim with the carrier in the first instance.
