Our relentless quest for coffee perfection led us to start roasting our own beans in 2020.
After navigating a steep learning curve and overcoming countless challenges, we're now incredibly proud of the coffee we serve in our café, as well as the beans we sell online and to other like-minded cafés, restaurants and offices through wholesale.
As a small, quality-focused coffee roastery, we have the capacity and flexibility to not only provide top-notch coffee and training but also offer valuable support and guidance for setting up and running a hospitality business. Drawing from our extensive industry experience, we can help you sidestep many of the pitfalls that some cafés encounter.

At Nelson Coffee Roastery we source and roast high-grade, specialty and seasonal coffee for wholesale. As well as the coffee, we will provide tailored barista training for your staff as part of the package. We're proud partners with La Marzocco which means we can assist you in selecting, sourcing, and installing espresso machines and grinder.
