This coffee comes from Don Gregario’s Chorro Blanco farm in in the district of Huabal. A small plot of only 2 hectares situated at 1850 masl, the farm produces caturra only between the months of July and September. After washing and pulping this coffee is fermented for 32 hours before being dried in solar tents for 14 days.
It’s a deliciously clean and fruity coffee. We’re currently brewing it in our Clever Dripper where it’s tasting great!
